This apartment under a compan-Heimaleiga, no counter service, self check in and service. They locked the door because say we didn't pay the tax, but they didn't WhatsApp or email the link to pay tax and no any service staff to contact. We have contact with WhatsApp but so funny is they said cannot use WhatsApp to contact me by the tax payment???
Location is nearby bus stop to city centre, no changing or cleaning services when during stay, but can take the towel from public area by ourselves.
Hotel molto carino e curato. Le camere non sono enormi, ma hanno tutto il necessario. C’è una piccola cucina completa di tutto e un bagno abbastanza spazioso. Non sono mai venuti a pulire la camera nei 3 giorni che siamo stati ospiti, ma c’era la possibilità di prendere asciugamani puliti nel mobile del corridoio e lasciare quelli sporchi nella cesta a fianco. Diciamo che è un hotel che va bene per chi si adatta a tutto e per chi non ha troppe pretese. Noi alla fine lo abbiamo usato solo qualche ora la notte per dormire e lavarci quindi ci è andato bene.
We stayed at R13 A Townhouse Hotel in a “Triple Room” with a private bathroom. There was a main bed, a single bunk bed attached to the wall above, a beautiful private bathroom and a kitchenette with a hot plate, oven, mini dishwasher, mini fridge, sink, dishes, utensils, cups, kettle and tea. Self check-in was super easy! They offered us an early check-in but I declined it since I thought we were arriving later. We were running ahead of schedule and arrived at 2:40pm, so we had to wait the 20-minutes until the 3pm check-in for our door to accept the code. It was not a big deal, but if you are offered an early check-in, it might be worth it! There was lots of parking around the front and the side of the building. The hotel is not within walking distance to downtown Reykjavik (about 40 minute walk to Hallgrimskirkja) but you can always take an e-scooter, taxi, or bus.
Ci siamo trovati molto bene! Soggiorno di 2 notti. L'hotel è un pò distanza dal centro della capitale, ma se si possiede la macchina in pochi minuti si è lì. La camera è minimal, stile nordico e moderno. Pulizia molto buona. Non possiamo che consigliare
Zimmer war staubig und keine Handtücher waren verfügbar. Nach einem kurzen Anruf konnten wir uns aber Handtücher aus einem Kasten holen. Der Küchenbereich war sauber, ebenso das Geschirr. Dies gilt auch für den Herd, Geschirrspüler sowie den Kühlschrank. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im obersten Stockwerk. Leider gibt es keinen Kleiderst?nder. TV Ger?t war in Ordnung und hat gut funktioniert. Das Stra?enfoto zeigt das Nebengeb?ude! Parkpl?tze sind nach einigem Suchen hinter dem Hotel ausreichend vorhanden. Am Abend und in der Nacht ist es sehr ruhig. Wir hatten ein Zimmer auf der Stra?enseite. Auf Tripadvisor werden bei dem Hotel eine Bar, Frühstücksbuffet bzw. Happy Hour angeboten. Diese Serviceleistungen gibt es aber nicht. Die Bar ist hinter einem Vorhang versteckt. Es w?re sinnvoll wenn die Leistungen/Services der Realit?t angepasst würden.
