I stayed on 4th July 2025. Room service is prompt and good and never tires of attending requests. The breakfast area is big and good. The hotel is a very quiet property with green surroundings. Stayed here for second time. Staff needs an upgrade in overall etiquette since it has good outlooks and interior but if the front office cannot be accomodative and concerned about the small small needs of the guests than the whole concept flows away in the drain. In service industry there is never a NO. Like a small bottle of bisleri on checkout should be made available when the guest is ready to pay since the room has bigger ones. It's OK if they don't have but being available and guest being refused is something weird. Over all a good place to stay where kids can have lots of fun playing around. They have a swimming pool too. This property though being in city gives much peaceful attention.
