The house with friendly owner, delicious dinner with goat hot pot and happy water. Experience like staying with family. Bicycles are provided for free, the room is cozy and clean. Good choice for price and comfort. Will recommend friends to stay here

home located in the tourist-center place Breakfast is good and enough for us with cheese ,bread ,butter ,yogurth they also have fruits and salad for breakfast staff is so friendly and hospitable this is the cheap and good accommodation we will come back here and highy recommend
The first thing asked of every guest is to cancel their on-line booking reservation. This is perhaps to avoid the hotel paying a commission to the booking service, but it always comes with an untrue “explanation”. The photos on-line are misleading and appear photoshopped. The free breakfast is not appealing. They serve the only bad coffee I had in Vietnam. It’s not the worst place I’ve ever stayed, but I certainly wouldn’t recommend it.
I booked a tour to visit Ninh Binh from Gia Cat Long Travel in Cat Ba and stayed here. With everything perfect: clean room, delicious breakfast, quiet and green space, friendly host. The cost for it is too cheap compared to what I used. It's not difficult to find and you can easily move to the central area. Motorbikes are rented for only 100 VND/day, enough for you to explore Ninh Binh. Unfortunately, my trip did not have enough time to stay at this property. See you again on my next trip to Vietnam
Overview of the homestay is stable. The room is fully equipped and clean, has a desk, and has a quiet space. You can enjoy coffee in the common area without affecting your work. I stayed here for 4 nights, it's very convenient to go shopping (small supermarket a few hundred meters away). You can also have breakfast in your room if that makes you comfortable and the host will always help you. Comfort is my feeling when staying here, recommended to everyone
