I had to wait to check in at least two hours. I finally got instructions for the keys at about 6.00 pm. Owner did not answer phone when I called to try and check in.
The email from ******* clearly stated that checkout was at noon. I was being asked by the cleaner to leave the property at 11.00 am.
Very disappointing check in and check out process.
