Accommodated the fact that I had to check out, then check back in.As some family was leaving and they let me do that right away.At eleven, instead of waiting until the afternoon, and having to move out of the room. That was a great and very helpful thing on their guest services part

Room was lovely, once we were given what we booked and paid for. Front desk staff poor service. Safe didnt work, security and engineering were required. Bellmen were wonderful. 7 restaurants and most closed until thursday..got rotten oyster

This is the second time my wife and I have stayed at this property. This time we decided to stay in a suite, which was a great choice. The rooms are always clean, the staff is always nice, and the property is much easier to access than any of the other properties on the strip. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

To start i was not allowed to check in until after 5 pm because our room wasnt ready even though check in was 3pm. The food was horrible and security was following us around as if we criminals. The pool area was closed at 9 pm and this was New Years weekend.

The rooms have been redone in the past year I believe. the motif is great and staying with the lodge's theme. However, sliding barn door (2) on the bathroom are a complete hassle. Shower door is poorly thought out, since you have to be in the shower to turn it on, and with an approximate wait of 1 minute for hot water, not very pleasant. Bathroom overall is very small. Bed was comfortable, pillows were comfortable, heater/AC was very loud. Veil Pavillion was scheduled for NFR viewing parties for the entire 10 days, however they were not prepared as they have been in the past. Additionally, the last day, they had scheduled another show following the completion of the NFR, and they removed one of the screens, and turned the volume off prior to the end. I had to go through two employees who refused to identify themselves, and finally I found a subject who identified himself as a manager and he ultimately got the volume turned back on until the show was finished. I have been coming to the Silverton/Viel Pavillion for many, many years, and unfortunately this will probably be my last for this venue. Unfortunately, I had convinced 4 other groups to come to this venue, raving about the past years, and they were as disappointed as I.

El personal que nos recibió fue muy amable. Se escuchaban de forma extrema los pasos de la habitación de encima, la habitación la dejaron a medio hacer, dejaron un baso sucio, las almohadas en el piso y una de las camas sin estirar. Cuabdo llamé para pedir 5-10mins de late checkout, la recepcionista lo negó de forma muy cortante.
