Bellissima accoglienza e piacevolezza del soggiorno. Dalla camera, la nostra la numero 2, sul giardino e in pieno silenzio, allo straordinario breakfast, servito con qualità e quantità eccellente e senza limiti. Il tutto in un ambiente tranquillo, raffinato negli arredi ed elegante. Personale di grande professionalità e prodigo di consigli preziosi, mai banali e fuori dai circuiti più turicistici. Un luogo che ricorderemo, raccomanderemo e dove speriamo di ritornare.

A truly wonderful experience, we arrived by private transfer. This is the most expensive option but an experience that cannot be put in words as you arrive via the grand canal to the private garden entrance. The view from our window was to die for, seeing the city come to life each day was truly magical. Madame Garden is not really a hotel, don’t expect generic service and breakfast buffet. This is a Venetian high end guest house. The staff are wonderful and genuine and you become part of the family. Recommendations are sent to you like it’s from a friend. The breakfast is served from the trolleys brought to your table. Fruits , eggs and delicious pastries each day. This is probably the best hotel I have stayed in , true memories. This is my second stay at Madama. It is perfection. The decor is beautiful, rooms spacious and well set out, a gorgeous garden to chill in and watch the bustle on the canal. Breakfasts are delicious and extensive, you won't need lunch. What really adds to all this splendour is the staff, everyone is so friendly and helpful, lots of great recommendations on restaurants and places to go, you feel really looked after. Can't wait to go back.
Beautiful and idyllic boutique hotel in a quiet location which is also within easy reach of attractions. Lovely Mara, the owner and her team are very attentive. Nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is amazing as are the apartments, especially the comfy beds!
What a wonderful personal oasis in Venice! The suite was amazing, with incredible views, and the service was above and beyond. Well worth it! Exactly the kind of romantic boutique hotel we were looking for. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed a fantastic stay at Madama Garden. The staff throughout could not have been more helpful, the breakfast in the tranquility of their beautiful garden was amazing. Location of the retreat overlooking the canals was breathtaking. Very much hope to come back again one day
Beautiful setting. Luxurious interior design. Comfortable and well appointed rooms. Every need catered for. Scrupulously clean. Smells divine! The wonderful owner Mara seems to know everyone and everything in Venice - she organised some very special private tours for us. The staff - especially Ripon, Filippo and Albeto - and warm and helpful - nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is a delicious extravaganza - in the garden, overlooking the canal - a great way to start the day. Our new home away from home in Venice.
Il soggiorno al Madama Garden Retreat è stato semplicemente perfetto. La cura per i dettagli è sorprendente: dalle finiture degli ambienti , le carte da parati, al comfort del letto, tutto è pensato per garantire un riposo profondo e rigenerante. La colazione è un vero momento gourmet, ricca, varia e di altissima qualità. Le marmellate fatte in casa sono una delizia( quella alla fragola oarticolarmente) e l’omelette è strepitosa Una nota speciale anche per i prodotti di cortesia di Dyptique, raffinati e selezionati con gusto, in perfetta armonia con l’eleganza dell’ambiente. Un indirizzo prezioso per chi cerca tranquillità, charme e autenticità nel cuore di Venezia. Torneremo con piacere!
A seguito del mio soggiorno presso il Madama Garden Retreat , posso assolutamente affermare che ció che contraddistingue la struttura è: l’eleganza unica ed autentica, la cura per i dettagli, la riservatezza e l’impeccabile servizio. Mi sento di definirlo un rifugio di autentica bellezza, nel cuore di Venezia: spazi molto puliti e curati, dove regna assoluta tranquillità e riservatezza. Le camere sono molto ampie, luminose e ben ventilate, ma sopratutto caratterizzate da un gusto unico e senza tempo. Grande valore aggiunto è l’attenzione personalizzata verso ogni ospite: personale premuroso, sempre disponibile e pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Il concierge propone attività esclusive e affascinanti (sorpresa che non ci aspettavamo), come straordinarie visite private che permettono di scoprire una Venezia artigianale e autentica. Il personale è sempre a disposizione e predisposto a garantire un soggiorno piacevole e senza pensieri: prenotazioni nei migliori ristoranti, consigli mirati e organizzazione perfetta degli spostamenti.
