I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The room itself was generally clean, and it was cleaned every day. However, one day, I was given new towels after the cleaning, but they were dirty. I informed the receptionist about this, and they quickly replaced the towels. The room lacked adequate lighting.
The hotel had a convenient location, close to the Cat Cat Village and the train station for the cable car.
The room also had a beautiful view of the mountains.
The breakfast was delicious, and there was always a variety of options to choose from.
The staff was helpful and answered all our questions.
Hotel is in a central location and lots of eating places nearby.
Room with balcony was tastefully furnished and utility had great views as clouds rolled in and out.
Breakfast was great.
Good value for money.
Location was great. 5 mins. Walk to Stone Church and the city. The hotel has a great view of the mountains. As it is an Art Gallery designed hotel, the hotel is artistically designed
Мы жили на 10 этаже. Номер с одной кроватью. Месторасположение хорошее,рядом есть все что нужно, до станции на фаникулер (Фанзипан) дойти пешком 3-5 минут . Номер хороший.
Но есть нюансы,нет холодильника, если включить кондиционер,то вся вода будет течь с него на пол в санузле прям под ноги т.к трубка выходит через стену и выходит на пол, также нет воды в закрытых бутылках,а просто в стеклянной,которую сами они наполняют (в что там за вода не известно)
Персонал во всем помогает на все отвечает.
Мы меняли деньги в отеле,курс был выгодным, отдавали через них вещи в прачечную, также в номере был большой паук, нам пришли и убрали его.
Еще окна и двери это одно и тоже и все это со стеклом, т.е нужно закрывать шторы если днем вы в номере (спите,переодеваетесь например )
Или переодеваться в закуске возле сан узла где шкаф
The room was great. It very cozy.. location is good near to some must go scenery in sapa. Great place to stay. Nice view. Just add pillow. And deluxe room need elevators too. And be true as per booking that room booked should have fireplace. Though aesthetic. But be specific. But overall a great place to stay
The room was clean and spacious enough. Our room was facing the street, so there was no view. The breakfast spread was good, with a wide variety and of good standards. The only downside was the charge of about 400k Vnd for checking in early at 10am. I think that is rather steep, while normally in the hotels I went to in the past, there would be no charge if the room would have been vacant already.
