  • Guest：Good environments. Good location, all staffs are very kind and warm
  • Guest：abt a 20mins walk from firenze s.m.n station, was really quite tiring dragging the luggage through all the cobbled path and uneven surfaces but alternatively you can take a bus which drops you right beside the accoms. otherwise the location was really ideal to walk to all the attractions, shopping and there were lots of food options around. room was clean and huge although the rain shower didn’t work as desired the water was just spraying all over. a free bottle of wine was provided which was a really nice gesture. the receptionist Sophia was very friendly and welcoming. she was also very helpful in finding a plier for us, digging through the storage for the tool box.
  • Guest：感觉在现在的弗洛伦萨已经性价比很好啦 虽然不是酒店服务但是东西一应俱全 管家也特别好 提醒一点就是他们前台不是24小时 如果入住不在常规时间最好提前whatsapp/电话联系
  • Guest：房间够大，有洗衣机，烧水壶，小小公寓里还有电梯，去周边景点步行10分钟内都可以到，下楼就有很多餐厅，只是入住在20点后一定要提前联系，准备25欧给前台小姐姐作为加班费，去火车站最好下载优步，这里Taxi不好打，入住时小姐姐会详细告诉你各种注意事项，有点类似我们的民宿，安全没有啥问题，垃圾要自己带下楼。
