  • Guest：I visited Switzerland for 10+ days and we had the best experience with this hotel. Not the best location for us but for someone who values comfort, this is the place to stay. I will come back and stay at this hotel again for my next trip.

  • Guest：The staff are very friendly. The location is a little bit far from the train station, but walkable (15 minutes). If you do not want to walk,you can take buses.
  • Guest：Excellent location. Close to Chapel Bridge, Altstadt & the tram-stop to the Main Train Station is less than 5 mins walk from the hotel. Room is amazing. Bed is comfy & warm. Stayed on a higher floor where there's a balcony ?? Breakfast was the basics, nothing fancy...but spread was good enough to kickstart your day. I'm grateful breakfast came with room. I'll definitely return for a stay when I visit Lucerne again! Highly recommended!??????
