Классные апартаменты, из окна открывается красивый вид на золотую бухту и золотой мост. Перед отелем есть небольшая смотровая площадка. Добрая и отзывчивая администратор. В номере есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Если ещё прилетим во Владивосток то обязательно вернёмся сюда)

Cityview - a little gem
Cityview is just over 5 mins walk from Amsterdam Centraal station, so suited me perfectly. Charming area of small cobbled streets and beautiful canals everywhere. Loads of bridges so easy to get around. Cityview hotel is a little gem - friendly, helpful staff, very quiet area at night. My room was small - as expected for solo traveller - but very efficiently designed so had everything i needed. All very clean, and a lift very close. There are 4 steps at the entrance door, but reception staff happy to carry a case over the steps.
My initial impression of this hotel was that it was shabby, but after a day there, I realized that it was a victim of it's design. A converted house, the room I had was extremely small and cramped, but that seems to be the way Amsterdam houses are designed. The location of the hotel (just outside of the insanity of the core) more than made up for any issues with the property. The main street that it is located adjacent to, has restaurants, shopping and almost anything else you're looking for.
The only real negative about this hotel was that the bedspread was badly stained and the bed itself had a bend to it such that sitting on the edge of the bed was impossible without sliding to the floor.
Having said all this, it's very much worth the price to stay here, just don't expect too much.
It's also worth mentioning that it was a 15 minute walk to the train station, which was very convenient.
It is conveniently located, friendly staff. The economy single room is not recommended though. It is located on the (lower) ground floor, next to the hotel's entrance. You can hear people from the street, people coming in and out of the hotel (the automatic door and people walking up and down the stairs). It was a horrible night's sleep. Given the price of the room it's not worth it.
