I am sorry to hear that the room was not warm enough for you, our heating is controlled to turn on if the temperature drops below 21 degrees, but I found that unfortunately the cleaner forgot to bleed your radiator even though it is on his weekly checks. I have informed him and it will not happen again. I can only apologise for this inconvenience and I hope this does not deter you from choosing to stay with us again in the future. Regarding the shower, there is a button on the temperature handle that needs to be pressed in when adjusting the shower temperature, for safety.
