Guest：I did not have expectations from this space since it was the place some of my colleagues had booked. Then I arrived there to discover the Armenian hospitality right from the beginning at the reception. They were all very kind and useful when asking questions. Emma and Robert within their shifts were helping a lot a pity I stayed only one night. The hotel is clean, spacious and with a great pool and nice view from the roof bar. The rooms are tidy, and with everytjing you would need. I really enjoyed my stay and fully recommend it.: 2025-07-01

Guest：Super loud party on floor 8, which is 7 for real so ppl on floor 6 like me just get ppl dancing on my head. No considération for families. It’s a 38 Rooms hotel, they could have put us somewhere else from the first night since I booked 3 months ahead. They offered to change our room at 21:00 the last night, we leave hotel in 8 h. Kids are asleep with white noise! Worst family hotel experience in 6 years !: 2025-07-01
