Great location; renovated historic building.
The room was spacious and spotless. We enjoyed the free Porto wine and afternoon high tea with the delicious “pastel de mata.” The breakfast had a variety of fruit, pastries and hot items besides juices annd espresso and cappuccino.
The staff was friendly and helpful.

非常好非常有特色的酒店，装饰有传统的风格，服务态度都特别好，房间里有免费的水和气泡水，大堂里也可以免费喝水和咖啡甚至是酒。地理位置非常便利，在老城区的市中心，去哪里都很方便，还可以寄存行李，非常推荐??

Another excellent stay at this hotel, which was really two separate stays.
I have praised this hotel in past reviews, so this time I dwell on two mild critiques. My first overnight stay was with my son, and I believe the staff slipped up because although I had reserved for two and listed the other as an 11 yo boy, we got one bed instead of two. It was so late and we were so tired that we didn't insist on changing rooms. That was really the only problem I've encountered in what was my fourth/fifth stay there.
The other thing is I really wish my VIP perk was a nice bottle of wine and not espumante. Sparkling wine doesn't keep and finishing a whole bottle alone isn't doable.

The property is great. There is a nice lobby and bar area with snacks and coffee. The hotel location is right near all of the main attractions (shopping, tourist sites, restaurants). The hotel is in a safe location too. My room was very quiet, and I had would recommend this hotel to first time and solo travelers.

We stayed at the hotel a week ago on a 4 day visit. This is one of the best boutique hotels we have ever stayed in. Everything is amazing about this hotel. Hotel staff are friendly, welcoming, happy to help at any given time and go above and beyond their call of duty.
We had a very warm welcome the minute we got to the hotel starting from the doorman to the receptionist. Our room was ready before check-in time which was a great way to begin our holiday. Good sized room, very clean and they provide Molten Brown toiletries. Breakfast was served daily from 7:30 am to noon so we didn’t have to rush in the mornings and the ladies there were wonderful. Location of the hotel is perfect close to shops & restaurants. Metro and train stations are nearby.
The best part that I loved the most was they served tea, coffee etc plus freshly made cakes and pastries all afternoon and evening for no extra cost in the lounge.
I will definitely stay here the next time I visit Lisbon. I highly recommend Heritage Avinida Hotel. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay comfortable and a memorable one!

Shops and dining within easy walking. There were people outside the restaurants with plastic coated menus encouraging people to go in. Most of the menus were identical. Look for restaurants that don't have those people. Maybe a little more expensive but better choice and food was generally better too.
