Guest：One of the best hotels we stayed at during our two-week trip in China. The rooms are spacious, and the balcony offers lovely views. It’s just a 10-minute walk from the South Gate. The front desk was incredibly helpful in planning our itinerary, which made exploring Zhangjiajie much easier.
Guest：Manyuan Resort hotel is located near to the entrance of the National Park, it's only 350 M walk to the gate. It's very handy if you want to be at the park first thing in the morning to avoid the crowds. The service is very good too. I will recommend it to anyone.
Guest：An excellent experience! The hotel can help you book tickets and transport. XiaoHai can also help you if you can’t speak Chinese. He knows the area very well and can explain the routes for the mountain. The room is just as in the pictures.
Guest：Service was excellent: - accommodated us when our shower room was leaking and switched our rooms immediately - heated up our food for us and went the extra mile to provide us with ice when the machine was off for the winter season - addressed all of our questions regarding local attractions quickly via messaging - very knowledgeable and friendly staff that saw us off when we left - helped us do our laundry and fold our clothes for free - food was great and there was variety that changed everyday Rooms: - everything was very clean - room was tidied everyday for you - very spacious rooms with good views - location is very accessible to the zhangjiajie park east gate and Wulingyuan town but also far enough that it’s not too noisy
