尊敬的客人：您好！酒店电梯是由于内部的设备损坏，厂家发货需要3-5天左右，酒店的楼层1-3楼，可以向前台反馈，合理的升级房型到1楼，早餐的品类基础都有提供，菜品都是当地的超市进行直供，不会存在质量问题，电视的问题由于是3合1的电信设备，遥控电视有问题都可以直接给前台反馈，不限于换房，升房，最终的目的获得客户的满意。
