Guest：The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the stunning view of the lake from my room. The room itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities, including a cosy seating area.

Guest：it’s a japanese theme hotel. nice layout and big bathtub with bubble bath. fancy automated toilet. good river view from the window (no balcony). around 10 mins to the ancient town but hotel provides shuttle service. there is a washing machine too.

Guest：We had a absolutely wonderful stay and the staff at the property made it even more merrier :) quiter part of the town and bliss . Overlooking the bridge and waking up to the view of the river made all the difference. Especially on the last day my friend had lost his back pack while strolling in the town when I had to leave fenghuang . tian took a extra mile helped us all the way with police to track it down and found it and also helped us to communicate and pickup from police at fenghuang town . The dedication of staff and customer service is truly another level. Will definitely recommend this zen of a place. Oh ya the breakfast was amazing :)
