Guest：Such a lovely old inn in a beautiful setting. Food was great and staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was lovely, very comfortable and quiet.

Guest：ONE OF THE BEST PUB ACCOMMODATIONS ON THE SOUTH DOWNS. This place has everything a hiker or tourist could want in pub accommodations. The rooms are charming, pin-neat and adequately sized (remember, this is a country inn, not a Marriott). The staff is friendly, helpful and absolutely delightful. The setting is idyllic….right in the village green of East Dean. The food in the pub is excellent, and then you can grab a pint and sit out on the green as night descends, enjoying conversation and a sky that gradually deepens into a deep blue, sparking with stars. The location is great….about 3/4th of a mile hike to the beach and the hike up seven sisters or beachy head. Frequent bus service goes east and west to Eastbourne or Brighton. Infrequent bus service to the south takes you to the waterfront and Beachy Head (plan carefully)

Guest： A great place to stay. Quiet at night. An incredible location. Close to Beachy Head. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. We stayed in Catherine room and it was lovely. Breakfast was great. Would highly reccomend

Guest：Lovely Pub with Rooms in a beautiful location The Tiger Inn is a really lovely pub with rooms, in a beautiful area of East Sussex. There's no reception and we had to wait in a fairly long queue at the bar in order to check in, but once we had we found all of the staff really friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and well equipped. We were located right above the 'beer garden' (actually the village green) and it was busy and a bit noisy until the evening. But once it had emptied out a bit, everything was perfectly quiet save for the hooting of some owls! Breakfast the next morning was great and we found the location absolutely ideal for a nice walk across the Severn Sisters. We fully recommend this hotel and will certainly stay here again.
