Guest：Really comfortable rooms, staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a great location for access to central Milan by walking or metro. Buffet breakfast was good too! Only minor complaint is that our room was missing toiletries (no shower gel, no spare toilet roll) so we had to keep asking the reception for them. They did sort it out very quickly though.: 2025-07-01

Guest：Staff were friendly. Room was clean. But oir room was hot (25 C) and we could not get the heat to dissipate. Only one awkward window to open and much noise out on the street. An unpleasant night. A staff member did come quickly to help us turn a fan on, which helped block out the exterior noise, but the room never really cooled.: 2025-03-01
