The bedroom was huge and nicely decorated. The breakfast was great (lots of choice and homemade cakes) and the staff (owner?) on the day I checked out was really lovely and accommodating (kindly allowed me an extra 30 minutes). However, unfortunately the bathroom absolutely stank of drains/damp and the smell was so bad that it made me physically gag when I had enter. There is no ventilation in there. I had to keep the door closed so it didn't spread to the bedroom and rush in/out as quickly as possible.

Felt like family! The rooms and decorations are fun. Actual ac or heat in each room. Some hotels in area only have heat in winter and ac in Summer. You know it’s a family ran place. The bothers kept feeding us their mamas items at breakfast. I would support this family. The only negative is arriving and not knowing how to enter or protocol. I will return but advise them to send and email on how to arrive.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Delicious homemade breakfast. Scenic coastal view a 5 minute walk away.

My kids (adults) and I have been traveling for a month in Europe. We have had good luck with good hotels but Napoli Tree was the absolute best! Great communication, the location is perfect! I would give them 100 stars if possible! AND kudos to whoever did the interior design! It is beautiful.

Everything was amazing at Napoli Tree. The staff were all extremely helpful and nice, the room was huge, clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The breakfast was unreal. Homemade traditional cakes, pies and pastries from Napoli. Yogurt, boiled eggs, toast, quiche, etc as well. The location was perfect and safe. Down by the water. Very walkable to high end shopping and loads of restaurants. I would highly recommend

It was a beautiful and unique place. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect with many restaurants and the Gulf of Naples within walking distance.
The breakfast was amazing! I would definitely recommend and return there if I come back to Naples.

This is a charming bed and breakfast “inn” in an old palazzo. It is clean, very well run and has a lift, so no issue getting bags up to the floor. The most important element is the breakfast. We normally dont eat breakfast but could not refuse the entirely homemade goodies on offer in the morning. There is an honorable pride present as the family members share the details of all the items available. It is an absolute treasure! The other really nice element is the fact that the “kitchen” is available for all guests to serve themselves a coffee or tea anytime during their stay. The location is excellent near the waterfront; safe, and very pleasant for a promenade. Also a great variety of excellent restaurants. I would highly recommend!

The staff are truly amazing here and very friendly. We felt incredibly welcome from check in to check out. The entrance was a bit hard to find but the room was massive, clean, and beautiful! After 7 days exploring Amalfi coast we just wanted a comfy bed for a night before heading to the airport and we are so glad we chose this property. The bed was PERFECT, the most comfortable of our entire trip. Thank you!

服务很好，前台服务很热情，而且房间很乾净，香香的，看起来很新，而且位置靠近海边，过一条街就能看到海！走的时候还会附赠拍立得，留作纪念，我觉得蛮不错的！！
