I got there at 1:30pm and door was locked no way of getting into a locked gate I was under the impression it was a hotel, got in lucky cause someone was leaving to find out I have to pay €0.20 to use the elevator to get the the suites(gramsci) the bed was extremely hard to sleep on also mosquito infested screen on balcony is torn allowing ton of them to bite us!! Honestly horrible! At least give the ppl staying there some bug repellent at bare minimum

Room small and could not sit at a table to use a computer. Single king bed. However was bitten by mosquitos both nights only to realise once leaving there was a screen available. But no information given - also woke on Monday morning to loud building noises from floor below. Bed comfortable - pillows too soft.

Siamo stati tre notti da giovedì a Domenica a maggio. Posizione comodissima e strategica. Stanza spaziosa. Letto comodo. Palazzo tipico. Ottimi bar nei pressi. Mare a due passi. Le persone estremamente gentili e soprattutto disponibili con consigli utili al soggiorno e agli spostamenti. Un ottimo indirizzo su Napoli. Consigliato!

Room was beautiful. Facilities were good except for the wifi in the room wasn’t strong enough. We stayed in room #4. However, the signal was strong if you use the wifi in the toilet or at the doorway which we did. Not much choices in terms of food selection around the area except for Italian food. If you love eating other types of food besides Italian food like kebab, Indian or Asian food, this place/location is not recommended.

La suite è molto spaziosa, luminosa e pulita. Oltre al bagno, ha una piccola sala con cucina (molto fornita) e divano, e poi la stanza spaziosa e con anche una scrivania. Molto confortevole, ideale per la posizione a un passo dal mare. Un grazie alla proprietaria che ci ha accolto molto bene ed è stata cordialissima.

I don’t think it was worth the price. Our apartment was on the first floor and was very dark and humid. It was clean but the couches had lots of stains on them which made it a bit unpleasant. It offers 5 people to sleep in, we were four but 2 adults and 2 kids and we need 3 sleeping spaces but when we arrived only 2 beds were made and not the third. When we called they tried to say that we had kids on the reservation which doesn’t mean they don’t need a separate bed. They said it was after 5 pm and they couldn’t do anything about extra set of sheets. We had to figure out something else until they brought the sheets the next day. The kitchen and bathrooms are clean but the beds and pillows are not very comfortable. We were not warned ahead of time that the building was under renovations and it was very loud from 8am on every day during the week, which made it hard for our kids to take a nap during the day. For the price we paid I had expected more comfort and service.
