Nice and clean room and bathroom. Unfortunately we found it very noisy as we were facing the street. Also a lot of noise from the people above us. Location is excellent.

Convenient property located right in the heart of Como. Easy walking distance to the lake, dining options and cafes. The room on the first floor was clean and bright, with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again in the future.

Eritt?in yst?v?llinen henkil?kunta, joihin sai helposti yhteyden puhelimella ja WhatsAppilla. K?yt?v?lt? ja toisista huoneista, sek? ikkunan alla olevalta kadulta kuului jonkin verran melua. Aamupala viereisess? kahvilassa oli hyv? ja henkil?kunta siell?kin yst?v?llist?. Majottuisin ehdottomasti uudestaan t?ss? B&Bss?!

在科莫湖邊上，游玩方便。沒有前臺，入住需要打電話，稍微有點麻煩。房間裝飾復古，但設施齊全。連住中間沒有打掃。

A great hotel within walking distance from restaurant, ferries and shops. The rooms were big and comfortable. Not the latest remodel but very nice for a great price. Highly recommend.

Das Haus und das Zimmer waren sch?n. Es ist nur sehr hellh?rig und wenn oben jemand laeuft kann es sehr laut sein. Aber ansonsten sehr sch?n und Frau am Empfang sehr nett??

In the city center, walkable distance to everything. Very clean, safe for families. Very helpful staff, but discrete, not intrusive, like almost you are in your own home.

Camilla and her family were awesome. Very friendly and helpful. Gave us great dining recommendations. This place is the perfect location and you can conveniently walk anywhere. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.
