I found that the check-in process was a little bit difficult as my phone with a data plan was not able to unlock the smart lock. Other than that, the hotel was fabulous and the customer service was great. The location was great as well.
Staff was so friendly and provided us local foodie recommendations. This hotel was clean and comfortable as well. Very convenient and close to the central station. Walkable/bikeable distance to the Duomo as well. Highly recommend for your stay in Milan
