Un très bon séjour. Le personnel est accueillant, l'emplacement est parfait et très calme. Le lit superposé pour les enfants est parfait. Le petit déjeuner très correct. L'h?tel est vétuste et l'équipement de la salle de bain réduit au minimum mais c'est un très bon deux étoiles.
The hotel is in a great location in the town center, close to Melrose Abbey, a supermarket, and several bus stops, making it very convenient. The room had a bathtub, and there was plenty of hot water, which was a nice bonus. However, the building seems old, and there were creaking noises. When other guests walked down the hallway, the sound echoed into the room, and I could also hear conversations from the neighboring rooms.
Good location right in the heart of Melrose. Bedrooms adequate for this type of hotel. We had an evening meal there which was good, with live music & a bar. Overall good value for the money.
