I booked this hotel 3 months before going, on the way to Aberystwyth I had a phone call to say they had messed up the booking and were transferring me to their sister hotel, The Four Seasons. The car park can only hold 4 cars, you have to then take your chances of not falling fowl of the parking rules on the street. When checking in, i was told i would be in one room for 2 nights and then moved to another room for the third and final night. The restaurant doesn't open in the evening because only one member of staff covers the entire hotel in the evenings!! I left a day early with the owner refusing to refund me for his mess up, he said i could come back and use that night in future- i will never book with them again. I suspect that the other hotel is as badly managed. And the shower didn't drain properly. The staff were lovely, but that was the only good point. The walls were thin and I could hear the TVs and conversations on both sides when trying to sleep.

Great beach view from room. Very good full breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean room and ensuite bathroom.

Staff who prepared breakfast were wonderful, helpful and informative.
Problem with the property is that if you have a room on the 3rd floor it's a pain carrying up your suitcases.There is an elevator but it only carries one person and when I tried to take my suitcase with me the elevator couldn’t make the last 18" so I had to go back to the ground floor and it was a bit nerve racking.

Very friendly staff. Comfy room.
A small lift though to upper floors.
If you are claustrophobic not great. I managed though. Only room for one. Otherwise a lovely place to stay on seafront. Breakfast was great. Plenty of choice. Self service including English breakfast. Enjoyed. Thank you.

This hotel is not 5 star in photos but the cleanliness, food, location and especially the staff are. Loved our stay. Will stay again!

Stay at the Queensbridge Hotel was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff made me feel incredibly welcome, and their helpfulness was consistent throughout my visit.
The hotel offers a wonderfully peaceful environment, perfect for a relaxing getaway. My room was comfortable, and I was especially impressed with the clean bathrooms. One of the highlights was definitely the lovely breakfast—a fantastic way to start the day.
In the evenings, the in-house bar was a cozy spot to unwind. Even better was the outdoor terrace, which provided the perfect setting to sit and enjoy the breathtaking sunset. The location is also excellent; the hotel is quiet, yet only a two-minute walk from lots of food options, making it incredibly convenient.
I highly recommend the Queensbridge Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly, and quiet place to stay in Aberystwyth.

a tired hotel needing some redecorating and modernisation. ?Room was next to reception and the 'bar/staff' room. ?we were woken at 6.30 every morning by staff arriving for duty. Breakfast was sat under heated laps or freshly out of a tin of fruit. Toast was the thinnest cheapest brown bread, and the coffee was average. The cooked breakfast was of poor quality ingredients. ?The waiting staff were very attentive. Sadly as soon as a fellow guest left their breakfast table, out came the spray disinfectant to clean the table down. ?This smell wafted all over the basement, windowless breakfast room and was very off putting. ?
