A decent Tibetan-style hotel. The decor was amazing, with traditional ******* designs that made the place feel really cozy and special. Every corner had something beautiful to look at, from the wall hangings to the carved furniture.
The staff were super friendly and helpful, always there when you needed something and really nice to talk to despite my Chinese not being perfect. They definitely made my stay more enjoyable
the disposable towels were a strange choice. Regular towels would have been better.
All in all, I had a lovely time and would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a cool ******* experience with awesome service
A really lovely couple are running this place. The location is very good and close to the so-called old town. Breakfast was good- Chinese style. We hated the paper towels. Having some real towels would have given it a five star rating.
Nice and cozy place to stay and a warm welcome from the host, this place is run by a family and really helpful with our luggage, book the trip and drop off to the airport.
The location is good for someone who has a car, walking distance 400-500m to the old town, nice decoration ******* style. 3 storey house, might not be good for the elderly with small and steep stairs, my mum was a bit struggling to walk up and down.
The bed is so comfy, floor heating and hot water.
Lovely food and cats!
Even though we were struggling with communication(I can't speak Chinese, and they can't speak English), we used the translation app for that and it went well.
PS. These days, the construction site nearby might make a noise in the early morning.
Very nice stay, short walk to old town, super friendly and helpful people, enjoyed tasty tea in great atmosphere in evening at hot oven, very uniquely decorated room, warm and comfortable bed, great stay overall
