  • Guest user：Wonderful hotel. Wouldn’t want to stay in another place in Shangri-La old town. Beautiful ******* style building, large rooms, considerate amenities. Food places in walking distance (breakfast places open at 8am, at least during the winter season).
  • Guest user：“+” Let’s talk about good part of the hotel ? The staff is really friendly and helpful. Two little cute girls helped me a lot with my issues; ? There’s a floor and bed heating and it’s so nice in a cold winter day; ? The location is very convenient, there’s an old street and some temples; ? If to compare to other hotels, here is so quiet and calm in the mornings. Cleaning ladies aren’t speaking loudly using their wallow talkie ???? “-“ ? I really didn’t like that the floor in my room was dusty since the first (!) day moved in; ? Too less toilet paper that’s not enough even for 1 person per day .
