??衞生: 衞生整潔乾凈房間大通風好每天大姐都會很仔細的打掃 ??交通: 客棧離路邊走路兩分鐘出了客棧旁邊就是著名打卡地轉經筒可以美美的轉上三圈好運連連附近吃飯拍照店都有很方便 ??設施客棧屬於藏式風格木質結構為主我們是冬天去的一點都不冷特別是熱水真的好超級?圈粉房間還有電動馬桶落地窗超軟的床墊星級酒店的床品 ??服務店家小哥哥超級熱情我們一下單他就會打過來提醒我們香格里拉天氣如何怎麼坐車去古城還會在路邊接我們去了後還幫我們做了免費的攻略省了很多心安排很到位愛了愛了給小哥點贊生意興隆

藏族特色客棧，很多房間特別大，在古城內部，樓下可以停車。工作人員很用心，提前聯系我們，把房間的取暖設備全都打開了。入住客人減少，老板也問我們想住哪間就住哪間，考慮到房間大會冷，我們還是住一樓了。佛系經營，辦完入住後，就很少看到服務人員出來活動，放下鑰匙就退房了。早餐太簡單了，其他客棧可能也這樣。

the hotel room is big the bed is soft and warm , When we arrived there was a check in problem which made us not impressed

Very cozy room with excellent view of the city. Room is spacious and sufficient heaters to keep one warm in a cold winter night.

We loved our experience at HerLand. The old converted Tibetan-style home was not only beautiful, but warm in the winter months - something we desperately needed. The owner is lovely and more than willing to sit and chat and help you with anything. They upgraded our room when we arrived due to it being off season. One of my favourite parts was meeting the friendly dogs that live on site. The hotel is being renovated this winter which means more amazing things to come in the summer. I definitely recommend staying here!

Great hotel, location was ideal and heating was perfect. Huge room and good service, only wish was a little cleaner/newer, but lot of renovation ongoing

Thanks for your understanding. It took three days for the hotel to rebuild a tea drinking room. Now the construction has finished!

The location is great, the remodeled original home stunning, it was odd to only have twin beds in a massive room that would easily fit 2 king sized beds, the bathroom doors open in an odd way but the room and sitting areas in the guesthouse were stunning and very comfortable. The service on the other hand left a lot to be desired, the breakfast was very basic and Chinese. The kitchen and dinning area could be cleaner but the chef was wonderful and very caring.

This is one of the most controversial reviews to leave. First, hotel looks nice. The interior including the room and exterior were cozy and authentic. The bed in our room was absolutely 5 star. However, there are some problems. Firstly, the look of oldness is take too far when you see the furniture which is burnt or a door in the bathroom which is rotten and doesn't look good because of the water spilled on olit all the time. This creates a look of lacking the hygiene. Don't expect much form breakfast. It is very basic Chinese style. Good for some people, not good for others. Room has everything youay need actually and even a little bit more. Second night the hot water was turned off, so we could not take a shower after a chilly rainy day. The guy came and apologized which was nice of him. The issue was fixed in the next morning. If you're looking for a drive to see around the city, do not accept the offer in this hotel. It was too expensive, so we just went next door and found the price which was a half.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Central enough in the old town to be a short walk from everywhere, but just far enough outside that it is quiet at night. The hotel is run by a very nice couple that speak a little English and will do everything they can to help. The room was huge and very comfortable, we had a great time.

This is a cute hotel in a good location, walking distance to everything in the old city. I liked the tea set and the electric fireplace. Breakfast was ok, could be better, could be worse. The only thing I would really change is to stay in a different room type probably 2 separate rooms instead of the family room. The family room had 2 single beds (which were fine) and a large kang bed with thin, uncomfortable mattress. I didn’t sleep well!
