the location of the hotel was great as it was so close to the christmas markets and city centre and train statio. the staff were very friendly and helpful and tried to provide us with whatever we needed. however, sometimes the cleanliness of the rooms were not as consistent, but this is not a big issue since we could call them up to rectify and they were willing to do so.
The hotel is very nice and spacious, nice glass building, a lot of restaurants, good pool, useless gym. Personnel is very kind and friendly. Food is great.
