Guest user：Kayaam House exceeded our expectations. The staff are friendly, polite and helpful, while the overall property is just calming and serene. Our suite was spacious with a lovely plunge pool and large balcony along with a private seating area to wind down with a good book. The food was exceptional. We started off with a fresh arugula salad, bursting with flavour. The grilled lamb and wild mushroom ragout - the star of the night was followed by a delightful baked cheesecake. Breakfast was a full spread of Sri Lankan specialities and nothing to fault. Overall a top-notch stay!

With just nine rooms - you could really get the staffs attention and the service you require at all times. At the same time the experienced privacy in all areas of the hotel was very high. The service is amazing, the food is really great and the facilities and surrounding areas are just stunning. My bag got dropped of a Tuk-Tuk before we arrived and got quite dirty due to the dirty road - the hotel offered to clean the clothes for free. Goodwill at its highest level. So, don’t miss this place while in Sri Lanka - it’s an amazing place and you’ll reach Zen while staying here.
Guest user：This was by far the best hotel experience I have ever had. The staff were amazing, service minded but still gave us privacy. Rooms were absolutely fantastic, and the surroundings were great. A calm place next to the beach away from tourists. The food and main chef gave us a great experience with plenty of international and Sri Lankan choices. If you have the chance you should definitely stay here. We did not want to leave and we are coming back next year but then more than two nights. Extra thanks to Ishan the manager that made our stay more than perfect.
Guest user：It was our best staying in Sri Lanka. We totally in love with Tangalle and recommend it to all our friends, because of empty beach, peace and quiet atmosphere. And now we can also recommend this hotel. I choose this hotel because it was so stylish, beautiful and romantic. It was absolutely right choice ! It’s really 5 star hotel with great service. Cuisine was also amazing, unusual and tasty, main chef even had visited us few times. All staff happened to be so helpful, positive and friendly, especially Mithun :) Of course this hotel is far away from everything, but you can have a meal at any nearest restaurant or bar. It’s easy to find it walking along the beach. Road was miserable , but main manager was trying to help and talk with our driver. For us it was not problem at all. We enjoyed our staying and hope to come here again :)
