  • Guest：Die Lage ist ok. Parkhaus ist unglaublich eng. Personal bei Empfang war etwas mürrisch, da es anscheinend nicht gew?hnlich ist, dass mehrere Personen ankommen und eine Person für die Anwesenden die Buchung des Aufenthalts gemacht hat (obwohl bei der Buchung alle Daten angegeben worden sind, inkl. Namen der Anreisenden). Frühstück war in Ordnung, passende Auswahl, die Personal ist sehr freundlich. Zimmer war ok. Matratze und Inneneinrichtung sind abgenutzt, aber meistens sauber. Die Fugen zwischen den Fliesen sind in Stücken gebrochen, die Abzugshaube ist voll mit Staub und war lange nicht mehr gewartet. Haartrockner ist vorhanden, ebenso, wie Safe. Ein Kühlschrank hat zwar Platz, ist aber das Ger?t nicht vorhanden. Flur ist unglaublich hellh?rig. Wenn paar G?ste in der Nacht gut durchalkoholisiert und laut ankommen, kriegt man die Show in voller Breite mit. Bei der Abrechnung kam dann die überraschung. Ich habe Kurtaxe bei der Buchung bezahlt, dann vor Ort nochmal. Das wird jetzt geprüft und hoffentlich erstattet. Au?erdem ist eine Differenz zwischen der bezahlten Summe bei der Buchung und die vor Ort entstandene Rechnungen ergeben, wo ich erstmal die Hilfe des Hotels brauche, um die Differenz zu kl?ren. Da hier es um einer Gesch?ftsreise geht, kann ich die Kosten nur mit passenden Rechnungen von meinem Arbeitgeber erstattet bekommen. Ich hoffe daran, dass es gekl?rt wird. Ich h?tte mir gewünscht, dass es reibungslos abl?uft.
  • Guest：こんにちは。私はこのホテルに2日间ほど滞在しました。初めてのドイツ旅行ということもありかなり紧张していたのですがスタッフの方が皆さんとてもフレンドリーで心が暖かかったです。お部屋もかなり広く二人でいても全く穷屈な感じはしませんでした。また机会がありましたら是非とも滞在したいです。
  • Guest：駅からは少し离れています。空港までは近いですが、観光地のケルンまではちょっと出るのが亿劫になるぐらいの距离感です。近くに大きなスーパーがあり、とても助かりました。部屋はとても绮丽で、広かったです。スタッフのかたもとても亲切でした。
  • Guest：Everything was normal. The location was in the nice place but not in the center of the town though. But if you take tram for 30 mins you can go to the town.! The service was not the best tier though.
