The room was clean and catered for the dogs bowls and beds. The staff in bar were very friendly. The guy at reception this morning has excellent customer service skills. Definitely be back.

Bar poorly stocked (post Hogmanay). Staff far more interested in going home and chatting to each other than looking after customers. Room was clean and tidy, but very basic for the 21st century.

Friendly staff and good room for people with mobility issues. The cooked breakfast was really good. I was disappointed to hear that they’re stopping food in the hotel as the food was good and it will only be continental breakfast although the pastries were lovely but when you go away a cooked breakfast is always good the next morning.

The only isdue we had regarding oyr stay was that the bar area was very coldcwighout no heating. But the staff throughout our stay were excellent.

Das junge Servicepersonal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Ein einchecken vor 15:00 Uhr war nicht m?glich. Auch eine spontane Teilnahme am Afternoon-Tea war nicht m?glich. Obwohl nur ein Tisch besetzt war. In der Bar bekamen wir unseren tea with sconesnda die sehr nette Bedienung in der Küche nachgefragt hat. Tausend Dank dafür.

Thank you, your feedback is mucha ppreciated. We generally require at least 24hrs notice for Afternoon Teas as we need to bake cakes and pastries or defrost ingredients.

酒店离格拉斯哥机场大概40公里，自驾的话还是比较方便的，停车免费，离小镇的话大概3公里左右，在进苏格兰高地之前做个短停补给是很好的选择。风景很好，在海边，酒店可能有点老了，门卡不太好用，另外，早餐的选择比较少，没有电梯，大件行李上三楼有点费劲。

We were on an extended trip. Laundry service was listed on the property’s description and ******* but when we asked a staff member about it, we were told it was not offered. Otherwise, a very nice place to stay.

Beautiful views, nice breakfast and the staff are great. However, the bedrooms are nothing like the ones in the photographs - grubby carpets and curtains, bathrooms that need a good scrub. Bedding and towels were nice and clean at least.
