Guest user：The hotel staff were very kind and friendly. The location of the hotel was all right. The breakfast provided by the hotel was okay. Though, having the steps to enter and exit the hotel breakfast area on the first floor was rather inconvenient and not safe. My elderly mother almost fell down. They should consider certain ways on how to make it safer such as adding a ramp. Also, my elderly step-father actually did fall down in the guest room because the hotel had a step to go up to and down from the bed area. He almost hit his head against the wall. It would be a good idea for the hotel management to consider how to rectify these types of situation.

Guest user：It was okay overall. There was free ice cream for us and aside from the weak aircon in summer with room service daily. One night there was a strong scent of smoking and the reception provided an air cleaner.
