Yulongwan Photography Base Homestay in Wulagai Management Area, Xilingol League, is located in the northeast hinterland of Tianbian Grassland in Wulagai Management Area, 25 kilometers upstream of Wulagai Lake in Halagaitu Farm. The base scenic area covers an area of 5500 acres and has three service functional areas: a scenic shooting and viewing area, a nomadic culture experience area, and a tourist reception service area. The top of the observation deck of the base is adjacent to the south bank of the Ulagai River, making it the preferred location for enjoying the magical natural scenery of the "Cloud River Nine Curves" grassland within the Ulagai grassland. The 2020 New Year's message from CCTV used the beautiful scenery of Yulong Bay as the background for the "magnificent and beautiful Inner Mongolia grasslands" broadcast nationwide.
The homestay has 16 high-end family observation vacation homestays, 12 luxurious traditional solid wood observation accommodations in Mongolian yurts, and other standard guest rooms. The rooms are equipped with independent bathrooms, 24-hour hot and cold water, air conditioning, tea sets, and outdoor dining sheds. There are 9 traditional Mongolian yurts for dining reception, 1 tourist service center, and 6 sightseeing buses. The communication network and transportation facilities are complete, and it can accommodate 120 people for accommodation and 400 people for dining at the same time.

During the tourist's stay, when entering the scenic area for sightseeing, the comprehensive base service fee (including transportation fees) of the scenic area will enjoy a preferential policy for accommodation guests, and only one entry service fee will be charged.
