  • Guest：我们是住贵宾楼，因为装修不久，衞生乾净、环境都还不错，酒店外游玩设施统统是外包另外收费的，酒店工作人员服务也一般般，我们星期天入住，当天中午12点到店，由於前一天酒店爆满，办理要下午两点才能办理入住，我们都能理解，就想在酒店周边转转随便带小朋友先玩玩水，想问前台要个洗衣袋（穿比较正式的女工作人员，可能是店长之类），态度非常差，看都不看一眼直接説没有，问什麽都爱理不理，到了下午两点办理入住效率很慢，足足办理了半小时才有其中一间房间成功办理入住，另一间房説是搞好衞生了但没有检查所以还不能入住，直到下午四点多才打电话来説另一间房可以办理入住了，无语了。第二天的在酒店吃早餐携带一名身高1.3米的小朋友必须要补20元才能用餐，20不贵，但给人感觉非常不好，你可以将房价提高一点，不要让人感觉你们很小气。
  • Guest：选漓江源度假酒店太懂度假了！推开门就是潺潺的溪水，傍晚换件衣服就能下楼踩水，凉丝丝的水漫过脚踝，暑气一下就散了。租个浆板划到开阔处，能看见对岸的竹林和天上的云影倒映在水里，山风顺着溪谷吹过来，比空调舒服十倍。 最妙的是第二天爬猫儿山——酒店离景区入口就几分钟车程，不用早起赶路，慢悠悠吃了早餐再出发，省了好多力气。爬完山回来，浑身酸痛地泡在溪水里晃晃脚，看夕阳把水面染成橘色，连空气里都带着草木的清苦香。房间乾净敞亮，夜里听着水声睡得特沉，下次来猫儿山，还住这儿当“溪边邻居”。
  • Guest：房间够大，设施较旧，但打开房门，一股怪味扑面而来，除此之外厕所还返臭，两股味道叠加甚是让你不知该如何处置。洗完澡後遍寻一次性拖鞋无果，电话客房服务，来人一看，説他们只配置了洗澡用的塑料拖鞋，没有一次性拖鞋，满脸的不耐烦。也不知道这个三星是怎麽评出来的。
  • Guest：环境5分，位置5分，设施5分，服务0.1分！酒店门口就是一片水域很棒！还有一个萌宠乐园，酒店设施也不错，该有的都有，就是服务太差了！8月份高温天气，三个人三瓶水，想多要两瓶水还得现付钱，服务员给人的态度感觉人家这个酒店不是为了游客，是为了招待本公司集团的高层，游客算什麽，爱住不住
