I was unable to make the booking as my father sadly had a stroke the day before we travelled. I called the hotel to explain the situation and to request a change of date for the booking within the next few weeks but they told me it was non refundable and that I booked it with Trip.com so there was nothing they could do. So I lost my money and never got to rebook. Very disappointing under the circumstances.
Booked this hotel due to attending a family party nearby then flying off on holiday and so glad I did. Lovely hotel with great amenities especially the spa, lovely treatments. What makes the hotel - the staff, they are so welcoming, polite and can’t do enough for you. Thank you for a very relaxing stay ??
Booked this hotel because the hotel in kelso we had booked was bad so needed somewhere to stay for the night. So glad we picked this hotel. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Everything and everyone was brilliant. Will definitely use again if in the area.
