Pousada excelente. Boa localiza??o, bairro ótimo, silencioso, 15 minutos a pé da linha do metr?, proximo a praia. Quarto excelente, atendimento nota 10.

Location was perfect, in the center of busy yet still quiet. The staff were so hospitable, and were truly helpful with every question every task. Nearby restaurants were affordable, highly rated, and excellent food. The room itself was beautiful and clever in design. Very comfortable linens and climate. I have already booked again.

Sweet suite This was a great place for our family of four. Really large suite that was modern and clean. The location is fantastic. The only issues we had were with the temperature limit on the air conditioning of 20 degrees. We would have definitely turned it a degree colder. And the shower is in an awkward spot where privacy is tricky - especially when you’re trying to get four though showers quickly. We’d definitely return.

Great Location - Good Quality Stay We had a superb room. It was large, modern and stylish with polished marble tiled floors. Whilst Naples is typically hustling & bustling, noise and commotion is not what one wants when trying to sleep and this is one of the reasons this place is a winner - situated in what seems to be a better neighborhood, we had no disturbances at all - totally recommend this stay.

Excellente Wahl in guter Wohnlage Sehr gut gelegen, sauber und modern, Zimmertypen variieren, mit tagsüber besetzter Rezeption, ohne Frühstücksraum, aber es gibt genügend Optionen um die Ecke, würde definitiv wieder kommen Empfehlung für l?rmempfindliche G?ste: zumindest am Wochenende Zimmer nach hinten w?hlen, da trotz Schallisolierung recht laut

Great location in Naples. We walked to the bay in just a few minutes. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Room was fitted with beautiful amenities and lighting. Very nice! Close to waterfront restaurants. We very much enjoyed the comfortable rooms.

Slightly unclean room but decent service Overall, the property looked fine however the room we were allotted was not clean. The walls had marks everywhere and it wasn’t the best site to look at while entering the room. Also, another issue was that room door lock was broken as when we came back from our dinner in the night, the room door was open and we clearly remember locking it just fine. One of my empty bottles which I was intending to use to refill water was thrown by the housekeeping- would suggest them to not throw away guest’s stuff like that. The front desk was helpful in giving us details on self check-in on the first night as we reached Naples at 10PM- the front desk closes at 9PM so kindly check with the reception if you are arriving late.

First time in Naples, I stayed three nights and here is my experience: What I Liked: * Located in a quiet district in a narrow street with boutiques and restaurants * My room was extremely spacious, you could hold a drink party of four * Quality of furniture and interior decoration was very good * Separate shower & toilet which is a big plus * Receptionist Mrs. Celia was extremely helpful, smiley and spoke well in English What I did not like: * This is not a hotel. This is furnished rooms with partial reception ( I think receptionist leaves at 21:00 PM. * At nights especially during the weekends, Neapolitan youth gathers in the street below and this makes the street very noisy. It can go after midnight * There is no seating area or waiting area in the check in and this makes the arrival experience bit uncomfortable Overall a good experience. Good stay for a first time visitor in Naples.
