The room was spacious and had the amenities you would expect in a hotel. However the carpet had stains on it. The tea bags were provided but not in any packaging.

The room was very clean with all amenities in order. The location is very close to Kingsbury station with lots of places to dine in and convenience stores nearby.

Checked in 19.10 hours lady om counter nice service prompt Check in. Went to the room it was boiling only a table fan couldnt stay checked out at 21.00 asked the lady on counter she said she can give me another fan but that would not solve problem window was directly facing sun and no air conditioner. She promised to give 50% refund

Hello, everything was fine. There are only two things that would be great if they could be fixed. First, the bathroom is very small. Second, the hot air is very annoying. The fan in the room is not working and does not cool down. Other than these two things, everything was great and good.

I only booked this hotel because I had something to do nearby, but unfortunately, it was below average. The walls are so thin that you can hear everything happening next door, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Cleanliness was also an issue—carpets looked really dirty, and the overall hygiene wasn’t great. The hotel feels neglected and in need of a massive upgrade, as it has potential but currently seems more like a 1- or 2-star establishment.
The only real benefit is the free parking, which is convenient. Other than that, I wouldn’t recommend it unless you have no other option.

The hotel is not that far but around 40 min by metro to any place in the center, so is still but you need to count with that extra travel time in your holidays schedule.
About the hotel, the rooms are quite good and clean. Just smalls toilets and showers but as almost all hotels around. I would just say that is in a roundabout so kite busy and cars noice if your windows are open, if not is ok.
The personal was really kind and seems they are 24hours in the place and quite disponible.
We stayed two nights and they gave given new towers for the second day.
The neighborhood is calm around, but with supermarkets and restaurants.
Definitely, a good price quality relation.
