Questa è la seconda volta che soggioniamo in questo b&b Camera sempre pulita e curata nei dettagli ,posizione eccellente, personale gentilissimo , proprietario molto disponibile ci torneremo molto volentieri

Very close to all that old town Cagliari has to offer. Easily within walking distances. Were originally concerned about check-in, but found the directions and explanations to be perfect, and all went well. Breakfast was quite good. Room was clean. Andrea was very responsive by Whatsapp and email. It all went smoothly. One problem...not easily directly accessible by taxi, and some walking is involved to get to the room once out of the taxi, but it is not far...part of this caused by confusion of the drivers as to where you can be let off to enter the BB, or picked up, because it is along a pedestrian-only road. Staff was delightful. I would certainly stay here again. Great value for the money.

Very good location, neat and luxury apartment, easy check in. Nothing negative to say, the host is pleasant, easy communication, no hassle at all. Accommodation is close to train station, parking is nearby.

Our stay at Eva luxury rooms in Cagliari was very good. Andrea was very helpful, very responsive with the reservation, communication and recommendations for taxi and restaurants. The room had everything we needed. The room was clean. The breakfasts were very good. Both sweet and savory. All 3 of the women who served us at breakfast were very polite and helpful. I would recommend this place. It is located in Villanova historic district. We loved Cagliari. The city is a perfect size(not too small and not to big) and easy to get around. We took the bus a few times to both Stampace, Calamosca and Poetto. We are certain to return to Cagliari.

Sijainti erinomainen. N?ht?vyyydet l?hell?. Katu on shopping street. Huoneistoon p??see hissill?. L?hist?ll? edullinen pys?k?intitalo. Huoneisto ei ole "luxury", vaan ihan tavallinen huone. Patja on kulunut ja huono.

The room was great, they just need to make sure lights are on while coming up the stairs. It gets very dark while walking up to 3 floor. Its veru dark at night. Location is great and easy access to the city. Finding a parking is not an easy task.

The entrance and breakfast area was tight. I would not bring loud children here as it is more of an apartment converted into rooms. I liked the location; monuments within walking distance and pedestrian only street.

Sia la struttura vicino alla stazione e sia quella in via Garibaldi (Eva properties) sono in ottima posizione. Ho soggiornato il primo e l’ultimo giorno della vacanza e sono rimasto soddisfattissimo. Stanze pulite e accoglienti. Il personale accoglientissimo e rispondente ad ogni esigenza. Se dovessi ritornare a Cagliari sicuramente opterei per queste strutture. Qualità prezzo ottima. Lo consiglio.

Great hotell in the hart of Cagliari.
Awesome and friendly staff.
Only and minimum downside was the horn sound all the door mak when you open them. The rest was great

This hotel is perfect in terms of location, on a pedestrianised street, in the heart of the city, yet quiet and tranquil. The rooms are also very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable, with plenty of space to hang clothes, etc. The 2 ladies who work in the hotel were very welcoming, friendly and really made us feel comfortable. I only didn't give the place a 5 star as the buzzing noise when people enter the main door downstairs, which is heard even in the room, was a bit disturbing. Then another buzzing noise when someone uses the keycard to enter the room. Aside from this, it's a lovely place with great staff.
