Accoglienza perfetta in una zona centrale di Cagliari. Stanze molto carine, colazione buona. Tanta gentilezza e cortesia: non sempre si trovano cose così. Quando si trovano vanno premiate!

GOOD: A lovely little building indeed, with a helpful owner who even booked me a taxi for my early morning flight - thank you. The location is outstanding in terms of getting around, very close to everything EXCEPT the roman ampitheatre, which is a 25 minute walk uphill! Two lovely members of staff who did the cleaning and even painting / renovation during the day, always smiling. BAD: This is NOT a 4-star hotel, for the following reasons: Breakfast - I have no idea as to how it could be described as "superb" - no hot food at all, just cakes, a toaster, croissants, cold meats, fruit etc. Room - the smallest double room I have stayed in for years, with paper thin walls (I could hear snoring from the next room!). I dread to think how 2 people could manage in a room so small. Furniture - one chair and a desk that should be in the tip it has so many scratches. Really couldn't relax at all when I wanted to read or be online for a while. Noise - I could not believe the amount of drunken, noisy shouting as late as 3am during my 2 night stay and I have come back home wrecked. I would have moved hotel had my stay been longer it was that bad - and that's at the end of October.. Tea + coffee facilities - a kettle and sachets should be in any hotel in 2025, never mind a 4-star hotel. Atmosphere - none, like a morgue at night. I hated coming back, especially anticipating the noise. Sorry, but I couldn't wait to get out

Fint rum, trevlig och hj?lpsam personal. Rent och trevligt. Tyv?rr v?ldigt livat p? gatan nedanf?r in p? natten, och f?nsret d?mpade inget ljud. Vi kanske bara hade otur just denna kv?ll/natt.

Monica is the best!
We loved this property! Monica and her colleagues gave us an incredible stay in the beautiful heart of Cagliari. Perfect recommendations for local places to eat and visit. The rooms are big and well decorated. We had one challenge the first night but Monica quickly fixed it with care. Would happily return anytime. The breakfast is amazing! Make time for it! They have fresh eggs too.

Literie confortable, personnel très agréable. Les dames qui gèrent cet h?tels sont d une gentillesse et d une générosité rares.Emplacement idéal pour visiter Cagliari. Tout est accessible a pieds ou en bus et train. Le petit déjeuner est succulent.

Abbiamo passato Una notte in due famiglie, in totale 9 persone. Abbiamo avuto un intero piano con 4 camere tutte molto bene arredate, pulite e silenziose. Monica e tutto lo staff sono estremamente gentili e sempre disponibili. La colazione nella bella sala a piano terra e’ eccellente e in ambiente raffinato. La posizione delle stanze e’ comodissima per visitare il quartiere castello e il centro in generale. Raccomando vivamente.

B&B in casa d'epoca in posizione centralissima a Cagliari, vicinissimo alla stazione FS e a tutti i punti di interesse del centro storico. Camera spaziosa, finemente ristrutturata e ben arredata con un bagno ampio e comodo. Prima colazione ottima con dolci fatti in casa dalla titolare. Accoglienza calda e amichevole da parte del personale, sempre gentile e disponibile a fornire indicazioni riguardo alla città, ai ristoranti ecc
