We were traveling as an extended family (2 sets of grandparents and a family of four). We LOVED this hotel. The cave setting was fabulous (kids loved exploring!). Our family room was perfect (with a separate bunk bed area for 2 kids and large main bedroom.) Bathroom was large and had nice shampoos and soaps. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety. Location- right next to U?hisar Castle and with fabulous morning and sunset views of the valleys and hot air balloons). The hotel is full of loveable cats too. Walking distance to souvenir shops and many restaurants. Lovely hamam in the hotel and you can book massages or Turkish baths. Staff were very accommodating. Mustafa was incredibly friendly and gave us great restaurant and wine bar recommendations when we checked in.

Fabulous stay. Warmest welcome by Miss Bahaar. Highest point, overlooking the Uchisar Castle. Best property, clean big rooms, a proper castle with rustic furniture, morning views were breathtaking , hot air balloons flying. Scrumptious Breakfast and the best tomato pickle I ever had. Thanks to Bahaar, she packed a bottle of pickle, warm gesture.
We arrived late ast night and their exterior illumination is seriously lacking. The room was charming in a faux cave way yet the ventilation was minimal, temperature even at night was uncomforatbly high and there wasn 't even a little refrigerator to hel keep things cool. Yes I know you're in the wilderness of Turkey. Unfortunately we were booked into this place by a tour guide I'll never use again. Not a bad place and quite well located (at the foot of the castle), just nothing- beyond an excellent breakfast- to recommend it
Our time here surpassed all our expectations. This is an exceptional hotel located on top of the highest point, and at the foot of the Uchisar castle in a quiet friendly area. The historical cave hotel has underground tunnels, a private hammam, fabulous staff, amazing views, and a 5 star breakfast. Our room had views over the vast valley with a gorgeous sunrise - and a perfect terrace for watching the approaching hot air balloons. A guest's experience, and hotel's reputation is based upon its staff, and we had the best service here! A very special thank you to Heja and Bahar for their smiling faces and exceptional service. We highly recommend a stay here!
Fantastic location in Ushigar opposite the castle. Very peaceful considering we were so close to the busy tourist area. I struggled to find the hotel accurately on google maps beforehand as the road to the hotel is closed to normal traffic. We were allowed through but still had problems getting into the hotel.. all the doors were closed, but there was a bell! I think that is partly to keep the hotel quiet. A boutique cave hotel - wow - our room, a superior, was huge and very comfortable but no natural light apart from the 'chimney'. No AC but a large fan and the room temperature was fine. Lots of local soft furnishings and plenty of water. We explored the underground stairs and corridors in the hotel and ended up coming up on the other side of a road. A bizarre experience but good. The public areas were as good as they could be, very quiet and fairly basic, but in character. The small garden had an amazing view over a plain to the mountains beyond. The hotel doesn't do dinner, but we found 2 great restaurants (using TA). Breakfast was traditional turkish but with individual hot extras which varied every day and probably the best we had in our 6 hotel holiday. The home made lemonade was amazing as well. Staff were friendly and efficient.
Bellissima oasi di pace nel tranquillo paesino di Uchisar. La nostra camera era situata al piano terra e dotata di tutti i comfort. Abbiamo usufruito della colazione, ottima e abbondante. Pulizia top e personale sempre molto attento e cordiale! Lo consiglio vivamente e spero di tornarci presto!
Excelente lugar… solo que al ser una cueva, se siente el polvo y humedad… lo hacía algo incómodo… el desayuno MEMORABLE!! Una experiencia espectacular Buena atencion y es un lugar precioso… lleno de detalles y recovecos… decoracion perfecta Fui en mayo 2023
It was so cold outside when we arrived it was very pleasant to get a warm and welcoming authentic room at our arrival, The hotel is very nice, great location . The breakfast room has an amazing view and very cosy atmosphere with greens plants and a nice touch of music. Quality of food is good.
Un albergo magico, tra i tanti alberghi tutti uguali (anche se bellissimi) della cappadocia si distingue perché ha un’anima, non finge di essere ma è. Un’infinità di spazi in comune (salottini con camini, terrazze, giardini…) e un hammam incluso che si può riservare per un’esperienza unica. Tutto eccellente
