Guest：Photos on the website make it look great. The room was in poor condition and not particularly clean. Did a job as somewhere to sleep but certainly didn't live up to expectations

Guest：Stayed here whilst visiting Chester. It was close enough to the park and ride that getting into the centre wad easy. We loved the room - massive bed, all the amenities we needed for a few nights. We took advantage of the spa too - which was lovely. It was quiet and relaxing!

Guest：Lovely hotel - a bit out of Chester but rooms were comfortable and clean and facilities were great. Would recommend as long as you are happy to be slightly out of town.

Guest：Lovely clean hotel and all the friendly staff are very knowledgeable on the area. Especially Sue on reception and Howard in the restaurant. The hotel has a lovely pool area, the dining room overlooks gardens at the back of the hotel
