Decent hotel for the price, but I found a cockroach in the bathroom
There was a physical key for the room, (no keycard) and it was slightly bent.
Otherwise, the room was fine, me and my friend had to wait a bit during the check-in
The staff here are friendly and helpful. When my son accidentally overtoasted the bread and set off the fire alarm, they didn’t blame him at all. Instead, they did what they could to calm him down and reassure him. Truly kind and understanding people!
體驗非常差的一次住宿。我和女兒在這里住了5天，其中有三天是沒電的，我們第一時間用電話和酒店前臺説了電源故障，希望立即解決，因為旅游期間手機都無法充電，但是問題遲遲不解決。后來我們直接去前臺，説清情況后，前臺説知道此事，你們不是已經電話説過兩次了嗎，前臺的黑人男工作人員不斷強調説：“give me two minutes”，他這會兒很忙之類的托辭，最終直到三天后我們離開，酒店都是沒有電源的。巴黎夜里零下幾度的天氣，酒店沒有空調，電heater無法使用。我和女兒每天晚上洗完澡，電吹風是壞的，濕噠噠的頭發伴著冰冷被窩入睡。白天要各處找公共電源給手機充電。
