Decent hotel for the price, but I found a cockroach in the bathroom
There was a physical key for the room, (no keycard) and it was slightly bent.
Otherwise, the room was fine, me and my friend had to wait a bit during the check-in
The staff here are friendly and helpful. When my son accidentally overtoasted the bread and set off the fire alarm, they didn’t blame him at all. Instead, they did what they could to calm him down and reassure him. Truly kind and understanding people!
体验非常差的一次住宿。我和女儿在这里住了5天，其中有三天是没电的，我们第一时间用电话和酒店前台説了电源故障，希望立即解决，因为旅游期间手机都无法充电，但是问题迟迟不解决。后来我们直接去前台，説清情况后，前台説知道此事，你们不是已经电话説过两次了吗，前台的黑人男工作人员不断强调説：“give me two minutes”，他这会儿很忙之类的托辞，最终直到三天后我们离开，酒店都是没有电源的。巴黎夜里零下几度的天气，酒店没有空调，电heater无法使用。我和女儿每天晚上洗完澡，电吹风是坏的，湿哒哒的头发伴着冰冷被窝入睡。白天要各处找公共电源给手机充电。
