Incredible family vacation in the royal suite.
We had an incredible family vacation in the royal suite for 9 nights. The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to many different beaches. We preferred Beach Numana Alta as it had sand for the kids versus the rest of the beaches are just rocks. The breakfast was amazing! We enjoyed multiple treatments at the spa. The staff is very helpful and the dining options within the hotel are great too. The chef made tasty chicken nuggets off the menu for our girls which they had half the nights here. The room was spacious and the private deck with the soaking tub was a highlight. Added the incredible views from the rooftop bar.

This hotel was amazing. The room with the outdoor hot tub was awesome, the service was excellent, and the food was also very, very good. We had a lively time!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida struttura alla fine di agosto. Appena entrati siamo subito rimasti colpiti dalla cura degli interni e dalla cordialità dello staff. La camera era molto pulita e il letto comodissimo, per non parlare della jacuzzi nel terrazzo con vista sul mare. L'unico appunto é la poca riservatezza negli spazi esterni,ma il resto compensa questa piccola critica. Bellissimo anche il bar all' ultimo piano,dove godersi un aperitivo in relax con una vista mozzafiato. Torneremo sicuramente!

I cannot enough describe this hotel, with the people and service that we received ?? fantastic hospitality and great food. You meet the most kind, genuine and gentle personal. They are amazing! The owner was so welcoming and the people that work there so friendly and warm. Love it! Best regards the two families from Sweden with 7 people.

This boutique hotel was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were graciously appointed and the restaurant and pool were lovely. We traveled with our 11 year old and his bed was built into a part of the room separate from the king bed giving everyone a little separation. The mattress was luxurious and we all slept like babies. The location is walkable to many restaurants and the beach. The shower and bath in general are quite spacious and luxuriously appointed. We loved our time here and only wished we could have stayed longer.

I’m a little torn about what to write about this hotel. We came from Orvieto in Perugia where we stayed at wonderful places with great service. Everybody was incredibly nice to deal with smiling accommodating, but there were big issues that really affected our trip. First, it is a great location, a couple steps down to the beach across the street and the hotel shuttled us up the hill to town for some dinner reservations. When we arrived, the room was very dark head one skinny door that had a view of the beach and we booked a superior room with beach view and in the photos it showed all glass on one end with the view of the beach and that’s not what we got, but they did move our room to the one in the picture after we ask. This of course was a bit of a hassle we’ve already moved things into the room, took up time from our day, but they did move us. The room itself was very nice immaculate, super contemporary. The whole property looks new and is quite posh when you arrive. Breakfast is made to order and excellent, most of the views you see from balconies are from the breakfast room. Our view actually looked kind of on an angle across the marina, but still really lovely. The blackout shades don’t quite cover the very end of the windows. Odd but it does let some light in and the morning. The bathroom was huge and there is a good amount of storage, room, safe, etc . Now for the bad. If you’ve not been to Le Marche and your American be aware that you probably won’t see another American the whole time you’re there which we thought was great :-) also be aware that every single thing is booked well in advance, sometimes a year in advance that goes for beach, chairs, seats, and bars and every single restaurant. We did not realize this and it was never mentioned by the hotel that we could reserve their beach section chairs or their seats on the roof . the very pleasant staff gave us beach towels and never mentioned to tell us that we need to go to a specific set of chairs on the beach where we would get preferential treatment. And a discount. I don’t even know what we should’ve paid but we paid $40 a day for the three days there at the beach and sat all the way in the back so we didn’t even see the ocean. We just looked at a sea of other people and umbrellas in front of us. The gentleman that rented us our chairs saw our towels when we were leaving the last day and asked if we were staying there and when we said yes, he told us we should’ve gone to the chairs next-door and we would’ve been sitting near the front. He had told us that most Italians rent them for the year even when they’re not there they’re booked and they can’t let you use them so many of the chairs especially those in front sit empty all the time. . When we brought this to the attention of the hotel, they said that they are all reserved there as well. But nobody told us to reserve them when we made our hotel reservation. No one told us that it was ever an option or that we would have any

An elegant clean hotel. Modern style, with an amazing view to the beach. Accommodating caring stuff who eager to help. The great location allow you to leave your car , they will park it for you ( not much of parking ) and walk around Numana , the beach , stores restaurants and bars.

Il posto è molto bello, facile da raggiungere e basta attraversare la strada per trovarsi sul mare. Si viene accolti da personale molto gentile e preparato. Arredamento molto raffinato, dotato di piscina con idromassaggio piccola ma molto carina. La stanza ke ci avevano assegnato non era adeguata alle nostre esigenze, eravamo in 4 ma risultava molto piccola è poco discreta per quanto riguarda il bagno visto ke non c'era molta privacy essendo affacciata sulla strada. Ci hanno prontamente risolto il problema facendoci cambiare stanza accontentando le nostre richieste. Completamente silenziose non si sentiva assolutamente nulla. Colazione con prodotti ottimi di alta qualità pur mancando il buffet. La stanza è fornita di tutto il necessario degno di un 5 stelle, unica pecca è la pulizia ke alcune mattine non trovavano il pavimento abbastanza pulito. Altra cosa da migliorare è il parcheggio ke molte volte il posto assegnato veniva occupato da altre macchine

Fantastica esperienza breve ma “intensa” . Staff giovane e professionale che ti accoglie facendoti sentire coccolato. Spa piccola ma funzionale e il massaggio è stato superlativo. Ottimo aperitivo sul roof top appena inaugurata con bellissima vista. Per il ristorante metto recensione a parte ma sicuramente ottimo. Esperienza da ripetere.
