Vi bodde her i flere netter, og det var sv?rt stille – faktisk var vi trolig blant de eneste gjestene et par av nettene. Dette gir ro, men det p?virket ogs? opplevelsen. Noen av de ansatte var hyggelige og im?tekommende, mens andre virket lite engasjerte. Servicen ble derfor litt ujevn.
Frokosten fortjener et eget kapittel. P? grunn av f? gjester var utvalget begrenset, og det f?ltes ikke helt som den standarden man forventer. Det kunne med fordel v?rt mer variert og tilpasset, selv om det var lavt belegg.
Oppsummert: Hotellet har potensial, spesielt hvis du ?nsker et stille opphold, men det er rom for forbedring n?r det gjelder service og frokostopplevelse.
Deberian mejorar la limpieza de los ba?os, especialmente de la ducha que estaba sucia . El personal fue amable pero al momento de cobrarme el 18% de impuestos por ser peruana no me dieron ningun recibo por los 60 dólares adicionales que pagué. Yo tuve que pedirles el recibo y me dieron uno por servicio no por el concepto de impuestos que habia pagado y me lo dieron a la hora que el taci me fue a recoger para llevarme aeropuerto por lo cual no tuve tiempo de aclararles. El recibo debio ser por pago de impuestos no por servicio.
Really lovely decor and great location, and the front desk v helpful. The breakfast and staff (owners) let it down quite badly - breakfast is basically bread and jam plus a little scrambled egg and bacon with cheese and it’s exactly the same every day. The breakfast staff, who are also the owners I think, shout across the room to each other as though you are not there - I got the impression they have got tired of providing a service. Such a shame as the building and location are great

Lovely hotel. Great location.
Only things to mention are that the bathroom windows of some rooms overlook each other and you can hear people outside.
My husband and I had an amazing experience at Mistico San Blas. Laura was a wonderful help and a hard worker. We highly recommend this boutique hotel to anyone traveling to Cusco.
The hotel was at a perfect spot in Cusco , the staff was friendly helped us find a place to have a nice breakfast. Location was perfect. We had a great time.
Buena ubicacion en San Blas, un barrio colonial lleno de tiendas y restaurantes.
Excelente servicio y limpieza. El hotel cuenta con todo lo que necesitas para estar bien.
La plaza queda aprox a 500mt, la ida es facil en bajada. El regreso al hotel es en subida pero es agradable.
