Very good location in nice neighborhood.
Rooms were ok except with the shower. It was for very short people. Also, too noisy that we could here people on the other floor like they were inside the apartment.

Lack of personnel on property is a problem.
Arrival was OK. Emailed arrival instructions (entry codes, location of room key, etc ) OK.
Departure a problem. Nobody at desk 10am, front door wouldn't open when late departing to train station. Not sure how I finally got it to open. Left keys on desk, concerned nobody to whom to give and confirm received.
La ubicación es excelente. El departamento cómodo para 3 personas. Pero hay varias cosas q tiene que mejorar. La limpieza es cada 5 o 6 dias. Recambio de tohallas también cada 5 o 6 días. Las sabanas y las tohallas en mal estado: rotas y manchadas. El balcón q me tocó daba a un edificio viejo q esta al lado y la verdad la vista era espantosa. Las varadas del balcón tenían mugre pegada. En realidad le falta limpieza
Maintenance (no hot water in bath sink, very weak water pressure in shower, poor walls cleanliness in halls and apartment).
Very good internet system. Easy check in and out.

Endroit très bien situé, près d’un métro. Plusieurs restaurants tout près. Grand balcon. Il manque une tablette ou des crochets dans la salle de bain.
