Guest：The Hyatt House side isnt as nice as the Hyatt Place side. The breakfast is decent and the lobby is nice. The staff accommodating and kind with an issue i had with the rooms sink...parking is convient but pricy. Reallt handy if you have a conference at the convention center: 2026-01-01

Guest：The shower door leaked out the water and soaked all the towels trying to contain it. When trying to order food for dinner we were informed of a 2 hour wait on the hotels kitchen. We asked for recommendations on ordering food to be brought to the hotel but the staff said it wasn’t allowed. However, the QR code in each room for dining states that there is a designated pick up area in the lobby and to ask staff about it. Overall, not the best experience nor were staff very kind or helpful when spoken too.: 2026-01-01

Guest：The accommodation to check in was amazing. What I didn't like was that there was no where on the app to tell you parking was soo much and not included in the stay already. The constant electrocution when pushing the elevator button sure woke you up no matter how tired you are: 2025-12-01

Guest：The room was initially clean upon arrival, how ever, we stayed 3 days and the bed was not made up, ever after requesting: 2025-12-01
