Hello Justin, We are very sorry to hear that the staff was unfriendly and the renovation crew was reluctant to move and had their music up during the time of check in. I was able to talk to my front desk agent about this and the supervisor of the renovation project. We assure you that this is not the norm. Hello there,Thank you for your review and letting me know about all these issues. I just went into the room with maintenance and the breakers were tripped. He just fixed this and logged the breakers to make sure that this doesn't keep happening. I do apologize that this was not on our ******* site, I will look into this and why it wasn't. We just also replaced the remote control for the TV.We hope to see you the next time you are in Denver area and the goal is to be done with the renovation before 12/25/24! So, the next time you are here, it will be completed!Have a great rest of your weekend.

Hello Carina, thank you for your review and compliments about our staff, we really appreciate it!We do need a renovation. In fact, you fell short of just a few weeks of getting ours! Marriott properties typically get a renovation every 7 years. Ours is scheduled to start this coming Friday. We are very excited about the renovation and I am sure our guests feel the same way.
