Ac was not working mins not so chilled. Food is good, but rooms are compact. Location is so so.

the room was good , room service was also good i was disappointed at one thing and that is tea ,the yea was not good as i expected and there wasn't any toothbrush and towels in the room . but room was quite good ?? value for money

It was a great stay at this hotel. The staff is polite and carries a positive attitude towards guest's requests.

Stay in hotel made me feeling so luxurious and comfortable. Room was so clean and hygienic and providing toiletries by the hotel was good enough. Complimentary breakfast was superb and tasty. I wish to stay in this hotel whenever i visit siliguri. Thanks.

Rooms are well furnished but the only issue is with the geyser that refuses to work properly.

On mm t the location is nare cosmos mall, which is wrong, it not all near cosmos mall.
