Guest：Room was pretty dated, esp. the shower. Also, they forgot to change the batteries in the lock, and we have to do three trips downstairs and then eat for 40 minutes to get into our room.: 2026-02-01

Guest：Loved our stay at the Hythe! Granted, we went when there was a conference, but that didn't stop us from having a great time. We stayed in the two queen bed sized room and it had plenty of space for all your belongings. The bathrooms are the great, it was very comfortable and the water gets hot FAST! I do agree with one customer, the toilet paper could use some work. The restaurant within the hotel is good, but it could use some additional options instead of burgers. The cleaning staff are absolutely perfect, they are friendly and will assist you with just about anything. If you visit during the winter, the lift is about a 7 minute walk from the hotel. The one thing that was a nuisance was True North, I am not sure who they are hiring to work there but they do not have much customer service experience. We would wait about 10 minutes before someone from True North to help us get fitted. They are either high or just in a daze and not very accommodating. Overall, we will come back to the Hythe because of the friendly staff, the car valet service and the overall cleanliness of the hotel. It is a lot of fun and relative close to everything.: 2025-02-01
